How a Rebrand and New Website Took an Entertainment Agency From 2 Leads a Week to 30
Stratmore Entertainment was stuck on a poorly built Wix site with outdated branding and a wrong phone number nobody could fix. A full rebrand, WordPress rebuild, and SEO-driven content strategy transformed their enquiry volume from 2-3 leads per week to 20-30 — with no paid advertising.

The Challenge
Stratmore Entertainment is an entertainment agency in Ireland, providing artists and acts for weddings, corporate events, and private parties. When they came to us, they were running on a poorly built Wix website that wasn't generating the enquiries their business needed.
The site had significant usability issues — most notably, a wrong phone number had been sitting in the footer for six months without anyone noticing because the team didn't know how to change it. The branding was equally dated: a music note icon in a faded, gothic-style font that looked like it belonged in 2010. None of it communicated the quality of entertainment Stratmore actually provides.
They were averaging just 2–3 leads per week — a mix of form submissions and phone calls — which wasn't enough to sustain the growth they were after.
Our Solution
Full Rebrand
We replaced the outdated logo and visual identity entirely. The new logo features a clever 'S' icon designed in the shape of piano keys — a subtle nod to the music industry without being literal about it. We paired this with a fresh colour scheme built around a clean light blue and black palette, moving away from the faded, dated look of the original branding.
WordPress Website
We moved Stratmore off Wix and rebuilt the site on WordPress. The focus was on speed, usability, and making it easy for the team to manage their own content. We built the site with advanced custom fields so they can update service pages, add new content, and manage their artist directory without any technical knowledge. Any changes made in the back end automatically reflect on the front end.
The artist directory was a key feature — a browsable, filterable section of the site where potential clients can explore available acts and artists. It's designed to be straightforward to update, so the catalogue stays current as artists join or leave the roster.
SEO & Content Strategy
We conducted competitor research to understand what Stratmore's target customers were actually searching for, then developed content mapped to those keywords. Service pages were built around real search demand — people looking for wedding bands, corporate entertainment, DJs, and private party acts in Ireland. The content was structured to rank and to convert.
The Results
The results were driven entirely by the new website and SEO — no paid advertising was involved at any point.
Stratmore went from generating 2–3 leads per week to consistently receiving 20–30 enquiries per week from people looking for entertainment for weddings, corporate events, and private parties. That's roughly a 10x increase in lead volume from organic search and improved user experience alone.
The website is fast, ranks well for relevant entertainment keywords in Ireland, and — importantly — the team can actually manage it themselves. No more wrong phone numbers sitting unnoticed for months.
