S.R.P. Brokers is a commercial real estate brokerage based in New York City, handling commercial developments and leasing. When they came to us, they had an old Wix website that had been largely neglected — it wasn't generating enquiries, and the team weren't particularly motivated to update it because the platform made it difficult to do so.

The biggest gap was the lack of any property listing functionality. For a real estate broker, being able to easily publish and remove active listings is fundamental. They had no system in place for this, meaning potential clients browsing the site had no way to see what was currently available.

Brokers can now easily add new commercial properties with all relevant details and remove them when they're leased or sold — all from the WordPress back end without any technical knowledge. We conducted competitor research to identify the keywords that mattered most for commercial real estate in their target areas of New York. We developed service pages around these terms and mapped content to the searches that potential clients — businesses looking for commercial space, developers seeking brokerage services — were actually making.
