The Challenge

When Spice India first came to us in 2021, they had four restaurant locations across Ireland but their digital presence didn't reflect the quality of their food or dining experience. Their existing website was basic and difficult to navigate — making a simple reservation was harder than it needed to be, and there was no connection between their online ordering system and the website.

On social media, each restaurant location had its own separate Facebook and Instagram pages. This meant every post had to be duplicated six or seven times, the audience was fragmented across multiple pages, and posting was inconsistent because of the sheer workload involved. Followers were scattered, engagement was low, and the brand felt disjointed rather than unified.

The broader challenge was positioning Spice India as a premium dining experience — not just another Indian takeaway. They wanted to be known for quality ingredients, attentive service, and an experience worth coming back for.

Our Solution

Website Rebuild & Booking System

We rebuilt the Spice India website on WordPress with a focus on usability and conversion. The centrepiece was a smart booking system using conversational forms that routed each reservation enquiry directly to the correct restaurant location. We also integrated their existing online ordering system into the website, giving customers a seamless path from browsing to ordering without leaving the site.

Social Media Consolidation & Management

One of the most impactful decisions was merging all of the separate location pages into a single unified brand page across Facebook and Instagram. This immediately solved the fragmentation problem — one audience, one consistent posting schedule, and followers received one update instead of six every time content was published.

We managed their full social media operation end-to-end for four years. This included content research, planning, graphic design, caption writing, and scheduling across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. On TikTok, we produced video content that generated multiple videos with over 1 million views — a significant achievement for a restaurant brand in the Irish market.

Local SEO & Review Automation

We implemented a comprehensive local SEO strategy targeting every location Spice India operates in. To support this, we deployed our review automation platform (myreviews.ie), installing QR code displays and printed stickers in each restaurant to make it effortless for diners to leave a review. Combined across all locations, Spice India has accumulated around 4,000 reviews as a direct result of this system — a major driver of their local search dominance.

Paid Advertising

We also ran Facebook Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns to drive awareness and bookings across their locations.

Their social media following grew from just under 2,000 followers to over 13,000 — built organically through consistent, high-quality content and strategic page consolidation.
