The website has been through three iterations as Precise's needs have evolved. We initially moved them from Wix to Webflow in 2022, which was a significant step up in design quality and performance. However, the team found Webflow difficult to edit and update day-to-day, so in 2024 we rebuilt the site again on WordPress — giving them a platform they could manage confidently on their own.

Each rebuild wasn't just a platform migration — it was an opportunity to refine the user experience, improve conversion paths, and restructure content based on what we'd learned about how their audience actually finds and evaluates event agencies.

SEO & Content Strategy

We overhauled their SEO with a structured approach: competitor research to understand what other event agencies were ranking for, content mapping to ensure every key service had a dedicated, optimised page, and ongoing refinement based on performance data. The goal was to make Precise visible for the searches that matter — companies looking for corporate event management, conference planning, and more recently, destination management services in Ireland.

We've run Google Ads campaigns during specific periods. The events space is competitive and expensive in paid search, with long sales cycles — so the approach has been strategic rather than always-on, supplementing the organic growth where it makes most sense.

Over the course of our partnership, Precise Events International has seen a substantial increase in enquiries through their website — conservatively 5–10x the volume they were receiving on their original Wix site. This growth has come from a combination of improved user experience, better content, and stronger organic search visibility.

Their Google Search Console data shows a clear upward trend, with consistent organic traffic growth through the second half of 2025 and into 2026. The site is now generating steady, qualified enquiries from companies looking for corporate event management, conference planning, and destination management services.
