Bringing 250+ Agricultural Products Online for an Irish Equipment Manufacturer
O'Donnell Engineering had a dated HTML website that never ranked on Google. We rebuilt their site on WordPress with a catalogue of over 250 products and a hybrid enquiry system — no checkout, just a smart form that lets customers enquire about specific products directly.

The Challenge
O'Donnell Engineering is an agricultural equipment manufacturer in Ireland producing over 250 products. For years, they'd been running on a very basic, static HTML website that generated no search visibility and no enquiries. The site was outdated and didn't reflect the scale of their product range.
They needed a way to showcase their full catalogue online and make it easy for farmers and agricultural businesses to find and enquire about specific products. However, they didn't want a traditional e-commerce checkout — their sales process is consultative, so they needed an enquiry system rather than a buy-now button.
Our Solution
We rebuilt the website on WordPress with a full product catalogue of over 250 items — each with descriptions, imagery, and specifications. The data entry was substantial, with every product needing to be uploaded, described, and properly categorised.
For the enquiry system, we built a hybrid solution using WooCommerce and Fluent Forms. WooCommerce handles the product catalogue and browsing experience, but instead of a checkout, customers are directed to a single dynamic form that automatically populates with the product they're enquiring about. This gives O'Donnell Engineering structured enquiries with all the product context they need to respond, without the overhead of managing an e-commerce checkout they didn't want.
We also conducted initial SEO work — competitor research, content mapping, and optimising the product and service pages for the terms their customers are searching for.
The Results
O'Donnell Engineering went from a static HTML site with no Google visibility to a fully catalogued product website that generates regular enquiries for their equipment. The site now surfaces in search results for agricultural equipment terms that they were previously invisible for.
The enquiry system works as intended — customers can browse the full product range and submit enquiries with the relevant product details pre-populated, making the sales team's job significantly easier.
