Sentiment-Based Routing — The system intelligently routes feedback. Positive experiences are directed to public review platforms where they build the business's online reputation. Concerns are captured privately, giving the business a chance to resolve issues before they become public complaints.

Unified Dashboard — All reviews across Google, Facebook, and other platforms are monitored from a single dashboard with real-time alerts and response management.

Review Widgets — Customisable widgets that display real reviews directly on the client's website, adding social proof where it matters most.

The platform is offered in three tiers — from a self-service starter plan for small businesses up to a fully managed service with dedicated review response and local SEO strategy.
